Refund policy

WARRANTY PROCESS:

Please email us at info@risefishing.com to begin your warranty claim. Following review and determination of a refund/replacement you will receive an email from us with a Paypal invoice where you will confirm your shipping address and complete the process by paying the warranty fee. This charge covers rod breakage. Shipping is not included and overseas breakage may be subjected to an additional shipping charge.

Level X: $50/ section

Blackwater (BLKH2O): $100/ section

Silent Assassin (SA23): $50/ section

Streamwalker: $125/ Section

Shearwater: $125/ Section

River: $125/ Section

If sections for series are not available, for Instream/ Green/ Balance/ Silent Assassin- the Black and Tan series will be offered for $100 or upgrade to a Level, River, Shearwater or Streamwalker series for 50% off.

Refund Policy

Any item purchased on risefishing.com, up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on risefishing.com, please contact us at info@risefishing.com Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. We will initiate the return in our system and send you a return address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance if damage occurs during shipping. Once received we will return a full refund of your purchase.
